I felt a need for some candy today, so I went to my local drugstore to see if they had any on sale.
I found some dessert mints on sale, so I bought a couple boxes. At checkout, the cashier asks me if I'm having a baby shower.
Wait, what?
First, I'm a guy. Second, what do dessert mints have to do with baby showers? I was a little confused. I just shrugged it off, telling the cashier they were on sale, and I liked them.
That's just one of life's little oddities, I guess. What can I say. I do like dessert mints. :)
