Note to Self

One would think I had figured this out by now: be careful when using a Swiss army knife. Not quite, though. I managed to misuse one today, causing the knife's blade to fold up, catching my thumb and making a nice little cut across my thumb and thumbnail. Luckily, I missed cutting the nailbed. That would have hurt. As it is, I have about a quarter-inch slit cut clean through my thumbnail. Oh well, it'll heal pretty soon. I seem to heal quickly with cuts and scrapes. Probably a good thing, considering how often I get them sometimes. :)
